LEED Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning for a wine production facility for Silver Oak. Program spaces include administrative offices, a barrel storage building, a building housing a membrane bio-reactor (MBR) for on-site water treatment, wine fermentation, and a public tasting room. The project features innovative technologies such as CO2 heat pumps, solar thermal, and ammonia/glycol refrigeration systems. Designed for LEED Platinum, Net Positive Energy and Water, and Living Building Challenge (LBC) v3.0 Petal certification. Construction completed in 2018 and post-occupancy commissioning completed in 2019.
